All ready-to-ship items are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

We ship all orders via UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

How long does my order take to ship?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

Each item is wrapped with intention and care to protect its craftsmanship in transit. Larger or more delicate pieces may be reinforced or custom packaged to ensure they arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the piece. We take great care in our packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right and help resolve any carrier claims.
